Treatment Services

The United States Pretrial Services Office for the Southern District of California is soliciting vendor(s) to provide halfway house services for defendants and material witnesses. Vendor(s) must be capable of providing services within a geographic area encompassing San Diego County.

As a result of this solicitation the Government intends to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). For this BPA, approximately 1 to 1 vendors are needed to provide the required services. The Government reserves the right to award to a single vendor.

Halfway House Services for San Diego County

Interested treatment providers must respond timely to solicitation deadlines and clearly show that (1) they can provide services, (2) such services will be provided by certified, licensed professionals with experience in such treatment, and (3) prices of such treatment shall be as low as or lower than those charged to the treatment provider’s most favored customer for comparable quantities under similar terms and conditions.

Interested vendors should submit a letter of interest to Zena Ajou at Zena_Ajou@caspt.uscourts.gov providers will receive e-mail notification when the Request for Proposals (RFP) have been posted on the U.S. Pretrial Services web page at www.caspt.uscourts.gov

Interested vendors must respond on time, and clearly show:

  1. They can provide services within the catchment area with a facility available for use.
  2. Such services will be provided by a professional meeting the criteria required.
  3. They can provide all services, including local services, as identified in Section B of the RFP.
  4. Prices of such treatment shall be as low or lower than those charged to the vendor’s most favored customer for comparable quantities under similar terms and conditions.
