United States Pretrial Services Office in the Southern District of California contracts for the following services:

• Substance Abuse Testing
• Inpatient and Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment
• Mental Health Treatment (counseling and assessment)
• Halfway House Placement

Services are generally procured using Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). BPAs are issued for one year with the option to extend each year for a total of three years. A BPA is a written agreement spelling out the terms and conditions of future transactions if and when orders are placed against the agreement.
